$500 E-Bike Rebates Available for Income-Qualified Residents in Richmond

The City Manager’s Office, Economic Development, Environmental and Health Initiatives Division encourages residents to take advantage of this exciting opportunity: $500 E-Bike Rebates are still available for low-income residents of Richmond and San Pablo from Charge Up Contra Costa. E-biking can replace local car trips (for cleaner air and less traffic) while providing healthy outdoor fun.
