This year, the 2023 edition introduces a groundbreaking concept: Student Co-Mayors for a Day. Mayor Eduardo Martinez will host this inaugural event, honoring the Snow Ball King and Queen while offering insights into the life of a Mayor.
How to Apply: Outstanding seniors, here's your chance! Compete for our $2,500 scholarship if you have a 3.5 GPA or higher, a dedication to community service, and unique talents that set you apart.

Requirements:
- WCCUSD senior graduating in 2024
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Active involvement in community activities showcasing your pride and purpose
- Attendance at all 3 Snowball events
- Submit your application by November 1, 2023
