NIAD Virtual Studio Updates

Have you been attending NIAD's virtual studios?
An important shift in schedule is taking place, with programs taking place Tuesdays through Fridays.
NIAD's Virtual Studio Director Dawline-Jane Oni-Eseleh, and Joshua Solis, Virtual Studio Facilitator, will collaborate with local artists to keep the studio as accessible as it has been during its first four years. NIAD's 23rd Street Studio will ensure continuity across both these spaces.
Goodbyes are also in order for two long-term artists: Chelsea Smith and Kim Huhta.
"Chelsea Smith's facilitation at NIAD has included ceramics, professional practices for artists, adaptive yoga and mindfulness, and a wide array of virtual studio offerings...Since 2011, through generous funding from WCCUSD Adult Education, Kim Huhta has worked with NIAD artists to deepen Independent Living Skills. Those range from money management, cooking and nutrition, field trips and community engagement, to, most recently, digital art-making skills in the Virtual Studio." — Amanda Eicher, Executive Director, NIAD
